Peppermint Oreos
I found this super simple recipe idea on Pinterest. It is simply oreo cookies dipped in white chocolate and then sprinkled with crushed peppermints. They are freakin awesome!
Ingredients
- oreo cookies
- white chocolate - 1 bags
- veg oil - 2 tbsp
- crushed peppermints
Instructions
- Melt bag of white chocolate adding oil. The oil will thin the chocolate and allow for easier dipping.
- Dip cookies in white chocolate and sprinkle with crushed peppermint candy.
- Place on wax paper to dry.
